The Problem: Candidate Quality and Transparency
With an increasingly packed schedule, Venkat was juggling multiple sourcing tools to find good, mid-level engineering talent. The team tried platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, AngelList and ZipRecruiter, but encountered several problems during the interview process.
